Desperate for a break, Oilybits & Friends are going for a long weekend Kayak Fishing on the south coast, stopping off enroute at the Biotruck Expedition Project in Deepest, Darkest Dorset to drop off some more equipment as part of our Support / Sponsorship Deal. Andy Pag will soon be moving the Mercedes Eco Bus from its home for the last few months and needs to perform the final touches to make it road worthy and get it through its MOT.
Since our last visit the bus has come a long way, the solar panels are on the roof, the bus is boarded & panelled out, has been re-clad and the windows are back in, the tank is now fitted into a welded steel frame to the chassis, the bed installed, Compost Toilet nearly finished and the Hydrogen Generator is doing its bit.
